王玲娜,女,副教授,是一位在教育領(lǐng)域尤其是高等數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)中卓有成就的杰出教育者。自其學(xué)術(shù)生涯以來(lái),王玲娜副教授始終致力于教學(xué)創(chuàng)新與質(zhì)量提升,不斷探索適應(yīng)新時(shí)代需求的教學(xué)模式。2019年,她成功主持了校級(jí)教學(xué)改革項(xiàng)目《翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂在高等數(shù)學(xué)中的應(yīng)用》,該項(xiàng)目有效推動(dòng)了數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)方式的革新,增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣與自主性。次年,她再接再厲,主持了校級(jí)課堂教學(xué)改革項(xiàng)目《多元微積分試題庫(kù)建設(shè)》,為學(xué)生提供了更加豐富、系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)資源。
